- Remove grapes (2 pounds of seedless green grapes + 2 pounds of seedless red grapes) from stems and wash them. Pat them dry with paper towels and set them aside.
- In a large bowl, beat 1 cream cheese package (softened), 1 cup of sour cream, 1/3 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons of vanilla until blended. Add grapes and toss to coat.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans just before serving.
